SHE’S MONUMENTAL IN CANADA!!!! #7 Dalmatian in Canada 2004

Mackie earned her Canadian Championship, undefeated, on August 2, 2004 at shows in Calgary. It was the 100th anniversary of the Alberta Kennel Club and for this cluster of shows, the club brought judges in from across the world. We showed and won under judges from Argentina, the United States, Australia, Portugal, and Sweden. During the weekend she was awarded Winners Female, Best of Opposite Sex, Best of Breed and a Group 2. She was Winners Female at the Dalmatian Club of Canada National Specialty. She is now CAN/INTL/UKC CH MONUMENTAL MOMENT AT RAVENWD, TDX, CGC, TDInc. |

On the last day there were 19 breeds in the group ring. The judge was Goran Bodegard MD from Sweden. Group 1 went to the Standard Poodle who went on to BIS. This dog had also had a Reserve BIS during the weekend. The Group 3 went to a Schipperke who had also had a Reserve Best in Show during the weekend. The Group 4 went to a Keeshonden who had been awarded a Reserve BIS during the weekend. Mackie (Group 2) was in good company! |
